Samsung Galaxy 8 Will No Longer Receive New Updates After four years of support, Samsung has pulled the plug on the Galaxy S8 and S8+, ending all future updates for the smartphones. Those rocking the Galaxy S8 Lite and S8 Active will continue to receive updates, though, so the entire S8 line isn't gone just yet. 2. Apple Releases iOS 14.5.1 Update to Patch Security Flaws iOS 14.5 hasn't been with us for too long, but that hasn't stopped Apple from releasing 14.5.1 to address some security flaws, as well as an issue with the new App Tracking Transparency feature. Even if you haven't run into issues with 14.5 yet, you should get in the habit of updating anyway. 3. Microsoft Will Remove Flash From Windows 10 in July Microsoft already removed Flash from Microsoft Edge and Internet Explorer, and it's now set to remove it from Windows 10 as well.
