Dropbox Password Manager Goes Free Starting in April Beginning in April of this year, Dropbox will give all its users, paid and free, access to the Dropbox Password Manager. You'll be able to store up to 50 passwords that you can then sync on up to three separate devices. That's a great way to get people to start using a password manager, for sure. 2. Instagram finally banned adult users from messaging kids under 18 who don't follow the adults on the service.
