There are a lot of Steam players these days, as the gaming platform recently hit 10 million concurrent in-game players, setting a brand new record. Steam also hit 33 million concurrent online users, meaning a lot of us are just logged in—not even playing a game. It helps it's not resource-intensive like Chrome.
