iPhone 14 users can now use Apple's Emergency SOS to alert emergency services even when they're without cell service or Wi-Fi. That said, Apple warns that satellites have low bandwidth and are thousands of miles away, so messages won't be instant. Still, it's better to have it and not need it, right?

3. Elgato's New Stream Deck Is Fitted With Cool Knobs and Buttons

Elgato has finally revealed the Steam Deck +, featuring mappable buttons, four knobs to make minor adjustments to things like the volume and camera zoom, and an LED touch strip for navigating to different apps and settings—like a more useful version of Apple's Touch Bar. It's available now for $200.
