Twitter Introduces Stories-Like Fleets Twitter apparently decided to release a new Instagram- and Snapchat-style stories feature, Fleets, rather than clean up its white supremacy problem, but that's capitalism for you. The company just announced a Chrome update that it claims will be faster to start, faster to load pages, and use less battery. Yes, please, we would like some of that. 3.
